QUALIFICATIONS:



Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in relatable field

Preferred Work Experience (years):

• 5-8 years of work experience in related field

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Two or more years of experience managing complex projects
• Knowledge of and experience with pricing strategies, tactics, and administration
• Experience with multiple types of indirect channels and distribution models at an international level
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Demonstrates high degree of initiative
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications

• Project Management of all global and regional pricing-related initiatives
• Facilitation of cross-functional, multi-regional teams
• Coordinate changes and implementation of pricing systems and processes that evolve out of pricing projects
• Schedule global pricing committee meetings and administer processes
• Develop strategy implementation schedules and timelines pertaining to complex global and regional pricing projects
• Participate in cross-functional projects that aid the pricing team in the effective support of key pricing initiatives
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators of project status and provide recommendations for enhancements, improvements, or changes
• Assist with the data gathering, synthesis, and analysis required to support pricing strategies and effectiveness
• Assist with the day to day tasks relating to pricing administration
• Provide content for pricing collateral and communications
• Perform other duties as assigned
