Responsibilities:
The Pricing and Performance Analyst is an exciting opportunity in our Customer Business Unit based at our Perth CBD office.
You will play a vital role in ensuring Customer Business Unit (CBU) long-term financial viability by maintaining a commercial focus. This involves the assessment and reporting of pricing trends, costs and profitability against budget, as well as providing insights and decision support for senior leaders on financial performance.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Evaluate Customer financial performance against forecasts and strategic targets including budget variance analysis
- Determine and report root causes and drivers for year-to-date budget variation on a monthly basis including contestable sales
- Deliver portfolio performance insights from the analysis of market drivers, risks and business activities to support commercial decision making
- Understand and maintain Customer cost stack drivers across all platforms
- Provide analysis to assess pricing trends and new product recommendations
