The Pricing Manager supports the Pricing Leadership team by leveraging data and commercial acumen to make robustly supported pricing decisions and maintain a strong pricing governance environment.

  • Subject matter expertise in key pricing Data points.
  • Strong analytical skills to transform and summarise complex data to drive performance and provide insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Continually simplify and enhance pricing management operations to deliver value
  • Proactively manage pricing risks and issues
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration
  • Ensuring robust pricing governance processes
  • Managing core pricing operational processes

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Pricing, Product Management, Analytical or Commercial Finance role
  • Strong analytical skills: proficient in SAS and Excel to deliver complex data processing, analysis and modelling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of the New Zealand banking environment, including customers’ banking needs
  • A self-starter with a high level of curiosity and drive.
  • An analytical thinker that is thrives in converting data into performance insight
