Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Finance, the Pricing & Trade Spend Analyst will be responsible for all the administrative duties in the Finance team supporting the Sales Department, reviewing selected customer accounts, and ensuring accuracy of trade spend. The incumbent will also be responsible for month end duties and will support the budget process as required.
Responsibilities:Pricing:
- Setup and maintain all customer pricing and programs in JDE in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare monthly credit list and process credits in JDE.
- Liaise with Customer Service regarding pricing discrepancies and resolve issues with Sales or the Customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- Working towards an accounting designation (CMA, CPA or CGA)
- 1-2 years’ experience within the finance function
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with JD Edwards, Trade Pro Management (TPM) & Cognos
- Moderate understanding of accounting rules
- Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills
