Our client is actively looking for a Pricing Audit Clerk to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position must understand math principals and how they relate to LTL transportation. .

Qualifications include:

  • Secondary School with some college
  • Multitasking including various projects at the same time.
  • LTL/400 or other TMS knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • At least 2 years in a Logistics capacity

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

To update and capture extra charge revenue provided by Agents and Interline providers. To approve, decline and update charges from external sources.

  • Extra Charges.
  • Carrier communications.
  • Carrier Short payment notification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Auditing daily emails from carriers with extra charges to be added/approve, (emails are being received throughout the day)
  • WCE/APEX – plus rescales
  • ARMOUR – plus rescales
  • OMS – plus cube report/rescales
  • COMOX/SQUAMISH – extra charge plus cube report
  • OVERLAND WEST– extra charge plus cube report
  • DAY & ROSS – plus rescales
