Are you our new Pricing Manager?
Posti Service Center is group of professionals providing payroll, sales support and finance services to Posti Group and Posti Business teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
We are now looking for a Pricing Manager to join us in Posti Service center to the Lead to Cash-process team located in Finland and Estonia. You will be part of the Lead to Cash- process and head a group of professionals in pricing related tasks. This is a new role that we are now establishing and therefore you have the possibility to influence this role based on your expertise and experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Pricing proposal implementation to pricing and invoicing tools.
• Reviewing and validation of pricing models together with the Pricing teams.
• Developing pricing practices and tools in Posti.
• Developing team competence in different tasks required from the team.
• Participating in customer implementation projects.
• Participating in projects improving Posti’s processes.

What should the ideal candidate have?

• Finance, Mathematical or Business administration related education (e.g. KTM or BBA in Finance or Business admin)
• You have experience in pricing process or related tasks, such as experience in defining pricing models or concepts.
• You have experience as a team lead or you have led implementation projects or processes.
• Good technical skills and the ability to adapt new tools.
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and good language skills in English.
