Description:
We are looking to recruit a dynamic programme manager to join the HWE Training Hub workforce team.
We welcome applications from experienced and dedicated leaders, with proven experience of effective programme management as part of transformation, change management and translating strategy into action. Applicants will be confident public speakers with a proven track record of successfully managing substantial budgets. Experience of working in primary care and healthcare education and training would be highly valued.

Responsible for driving the Training Hub’s primary care workforce education and training programmes – all clinical and non-clinical staff groups
Financial management – manage over 24 workstreams and a budget of over £3m
Lead on the delivery of various regional NHSE recruitment and retention programmes to improve retention and make primary care in HWE a career destination of choice
To develop effective matrix working practices with other teams in the ICB and strong relationships with various external stakeholders
To oversee and support key operational and strategic workforce plans at all levels
To lead a team of 6 staff
Identify and monitor project benefits and financial efficiencies and bring improvement deliverables
Responsible for all workforce programme and project reports internal and external
Write and present various reports at committees and board-level meetings
