Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with prior experience in primary education.

- Exhibit strong classroom management skills, maintaining an interactive and respectful learning environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building meaningful connections with students, parents, and peers.
