PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT - MATERNITY COVER - 12 MONTHS

We’re looking for a Principal Accountant with experience in General Ledger, and the Preparation of monthly managemengt accounts, to join our team in Dublin office.
You will report to the Associate Director of Finance
You will management accounts for the Ireland and South African entities, working with the Associate Director to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial records and ensuring statutory compliance within the region.

YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES? HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Payroll processing through outsourced payroll providers
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Assist with annual audit and corporation tax returns
• Preparation of VAT, VIES, Intrastat, and other tax returns

ROLE ESSENTIALS

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), with 3 years + post qualification experience
• Competent user of MS Excel (Pivot tables / VLookups etc.)
• Experienced user of accounting software (ideally Oracle)
