NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant post graduate tertiary qualification
• Knowledge and experience in developing a health surveillance system development and/or management
• Knowledge of and experience with disease spread modelling and disease response
• Proven data management experience
• Excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to quickly assimilate new information, and to write and talk about complex issues clearly and concisely with a range of audiences
• Knowledge and skills to deal effectively with complex and politically sensitive situations or topics
• An understanding of and ability to select, adapt and use a range of frameworks, principles, tools and methods and draw on experience in different areas of expertise to apply them appropriately to given issues

• Provide strong subject matter and technical expertise;
• Collaborate with other like-minded experts in the pursuit of providing cross functional, responsive and hiqh quality advice;
• Partner with a view to providing an equity and te tiriti based approach to ways of working and communicating advice
