Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant in Internal Audit on the Technology Solutions Support (TSS) Team. The TSS Team, led by a Senior Audit Manager, is responsible for supporting specific technology solutions used by Internal Audit including SharePoint sites, access to shared drives, and a customized Audit Archer based application, AMS. AMS is audit’s system of record for audit universe tracking, risk assessments, audit engagement documentation, issue reporting, time recording and more. This individual will be the AMS Product Manager responsible for leading and managing application and data support efforts.

In this role, you will need strong leadership skills, an understanding of the audit lifecycle, and advanced technical skills. You will:

  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead AMS data strategies and analytical initiatives that have significant impact to Internal Audit and the company.
  • Provide vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges providing influence to deliver data and analytical solutions that are long term and potentially large scale.
  • Be great at execution using project management and agile concepts and the Atlassian suite of products to support the AMS application and other efforts meeting defined deadlines and established service level agreements.
  • Strategically lead and collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise including working with technology to prioritize and implement bug fixes and enhancements to the AMS application and the data management group to identify optimal data sources for data feeds into AMS.
  • Act as a thought partner and mentor for team members by providing comprehensive feedback to develop their knowledge in key areas including SQL, data analytics, and audit.
