- Experience working with software development environment
- Experience working in an Agile workplace environment

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or Science
- At least 5 years of experience designing, managing, and improving processes
- At least 1 year experience working in a cross-functional environment, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
- Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma tools & methodology
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness and eagerness to learn, and aim to get things done
- Resilient and resourcefu
Responsibilities:
- Build the framework and controls to facilitate early detection and mitigation of key risks in production release cycles. This is achieved by focusing on the following:
- Identify and align to enterprise requirements
- Define and standardize responsibilities and accountabilities of stakeholders
- Collaborate with software delivery teams to define and improve the process to manage production releases
- Develop critical to quality metrics, structures and processes to monitor and manage the performance
- Collaborating with software and product communities to define, design and manage Canada software hierarchy and critical business processes
- Drive improvements in software development processes
- Collaborate with development teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the process team and the software development community
- Act as change agent to drive and embed continuous improvement mindset in software delivery teams
