Description:

Your Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate information, particularly on more complex matters, to clients and team members, while undertaking administrative evidence-based decision making in accordance with the BCCM and BUGT Acts.- Provide training and guidance to the team on internal systems, information database content and protocols for dealing with applicants to a proceeding.- Identify emerging policy issues and contribute to policy development affecting the BCCM office and the body corporate sector generally.- Manage and monitor workflows ensuring applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures .- Research and prepare correspondence (including investigating and actioning complaints), submissions, and other administrative requirements as directed by the leadership team.- Manage, monitor and maintain accurate records to provide reporting and analysis on statistical data and trends.- Foster a work culture and environment focused on continuous improvement through identifying and developing staff, processes and human centered learnings.Applications to remain current for 12 months.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License
