As part of this team, you will be working to connect all the pieces of our software into a shippable product. You will get to collaborate cross-functionally across the entire Pega Cloud organization, ensuring the quality, security, and stability of our software deployments. Ensuring smooth software releases while managing risks and minimizing disruptions can be complex, especially in dynamic cloud environments.

Our Pega Cloud team is distributed globally with three major technology centers in the US, in the EU and in India.

• Create and execute software release plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure software compatibility and alignment.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Identify and manage risks related to software releases.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance build and release processes.
• Set up and enforce standards, conventions, and procedures for release engineering activities.
• Provision environments using multi-cloud providers (AWS & GCP).
