Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Functional Analyst/Delivery Lead
In this role, you would be primary responsible for supporting and enhancing web application.

Responsibilities

• Front end with the clients - not limited only to Polish clients.
• Coordinate between business and 3rd party application vendors
• Delivery coordination between globally distributed Genpact tech team and client
• Be able to speak in Polish & English
• Assist Genpact delivery manager in delivering the services.
• Contribute to, Assist and participate/present in Genpact service governance meetings with the clients.
• Follow the processes & help the team learn/adhere to the processes.
• Help in translation (Polish <-> English) as needed.
• Understand the business processes and document that in English.
• People management responsibility of Genpact contractors/staff in a globally distributed team
• Work collaboratively with the Genpact delivery leadership and participate in service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Be open to learn new skills.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in similar roles within IT or related industries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Technical expertise in relevant technologies and systems.
• Leadership prowess to oversee cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Customer-focused mindset to meet project objectives effectively.
• Should be able to handle client call, manage & mentor team.
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
• Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
