JOB DESCRIPTION:

DXC seeks to appoint a Principal Consultant within its Analytics Consulting Practice in Australia & New Zealand.
A senior role in DXC Analytics business reporting to the Managing Partner – Analytics. This role has been created to create new and consistent revenue streams by industry, drive increased sales conversion, improve quality of analytic solutions, and provide an increased focus on strategic client engagement and organic growth from identified accounts.
Analytics is a priority growth area and it is well placed to deliver increased capability and an expanded offering to DXC clients. DXC Analytics leaders and consultants balance local knowledge and global best practice to address the critical data, AI and IOT challenges inherent in solving many complex customer business problems.
This role will focus on connected strategies working with the Industry / Sales Leaders to provide insights into analytics offerings to drive opportunities within the industry vertical and oversight the delivery of projects. The role is expected to partner with analytics competency leads to drive portfolios of business that service client needs, from strategy and planning to program/service development; sales and solution governance, project funding/finance and delivery for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships: pursue and cultivate trusted advisor c-level relationships in order to drive client value. Identify and collaborate with industry, digital and client account leadership to drive analytics business
  • Grow the business: qualify sales opportunities and prioritise activity to increase sales conversion by interaction with GTM and Industry leads.
  • Customer focus: Understand current and future client needs and frame them to deliver realisable client value
  • Sales and solutions governance: manage pre-sales and delivery capacity to balance team workload, sales conversion and revenue achievement through quality outcomes
  • Partner with Analytics Delivery: Ensure the right solution is sold every time. Play a key role in ensuring the sold solution is implemented for the client.
