Description:
CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
Change your career to exploration, innovation, and championing healthcare access and equity for all. Join a healthcare technology company that alleviates pain, restores health, and extends life for more than two people every second. Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as a breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. As a principal consultant, you will coordinate all consultancy delivery activities within (1-2) clients and will manage transformation programs, operational excellence, and pathway optimization projects.
This role will cover the DACH (Deutschland (Germany), Austria, Confoederatio Helvetica (Swiss Confederation) region and is a remote role. This means your home location is the primary work location. However, you will be required to work onsite in our client partnerships across the DACH region regularly and attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time. As we work in a bigger EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) team, we can offer you to support other regional teams and work occasionally across regional boarders if you are interested.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with strategic Hospital accounts to drive complex transformational change, implementing innovative growth strategies, streamlining patient care pathways, and optimizing operations.
- Influencing key stakeholders by developing well-articulated situation analyses, financial estimates, and business cases for change.
- Identifying, framing, and prioritizing initiatives to capture value. Establishing a project roadmap and developing actionable plans to drive improvements and cost savings.
- Managing full end-to-end projects and perform day to day coaching and mentoring activities for the service delivery team.
- Periodically preparing portfolio reviews of the partnership program with the steering committee to track status, and progress and measure economic value and customer satisfaction.
- Driving implementation, coaching, and developing local project or staff resources.
- Capturing learning and best practices and continuously enriching Medtronic consulting toolbox
