SOME KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL ALSO INCLUDE:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients in areas of leadership, strategy, change, digital transformation, culture and sustainability
• Convening roundtable discussions, generating industry insights
• Creating compelling and credible thought leadership, liaising with some of the brightest minds in the UoM and MBS ecosystem
• Ensuring MBS’ commitment to scholarship and academic rigour is reflected in client and learner engagements
• Building MBS’ brand as a future focused market leader by producing intellectual output with immediate relevance (e.g. white papers, conference presentations, publications in practitioner-oriented journals, podcasts, speaking engagements)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU’LL HAVE:

• Postgraduate level qualifications in business, leadership or related areas.
• Demonstrated significant experience of managing or mentoring a team
• Significant experience (5+ years) in senior roles in Executive/Management Education
• Demonstrated expertise experience in facilitation or teaching
• Demonstrated experience of consulting on large and complex client matters to develop high impact learning and development solutions
• Demonstrated experience of consulting to clients seeking strategic or cultural transformation at an enterprise wide level, with proven outcomes
  You will bring to MBS your commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, experience in discovery and needs analysis as well as strengths in networking and relationship cultivation.
