We’ve worked with 100+ clients across Public and Private sector in Australia, UAE and India.
StrategyDotZero is Gravity’s proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is designed and executed across organisations.
StrategyDotZero is a cloud-based application that takes a systemic and collaborative approach to strategy design and execution focused on strategic alignment, capability improvement and enterprise business performance management.
We are currently looking to hire a self-driven and enterprising Principal Consultant/ Head of Strategic Growth to join our dynamic team.
As a ‘Head of Strategic Growth’ at Gravity, you will work at an intersection of strategy consulting, visual and UX design, data analytics and AI to help reinvent the leadership experience around strategy orchestration building and delivering next-generation experiences for strategy execution management.
You’ll working directly with Sr. leadership and key stakeholders to understand their pain points, define solutions in alignment with Gravity’s product offerings, plan and mobilise delivery teams and ensure ongoing engagement and value drops to the client.
This Role will be based out of Abu Dhabi and might require extensive travel to Client locations across Middle East with potential travel to India/ Australia.

This is a growth role i.e. hybrid of sales and marketing activities with a P&L responsibility

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive initiatives focused on acquiring new customers (cross-selling and up-selling, business development, deal structuring and closure) and enhance overall acquisition experience.
  • Value Realization: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of tangible value to clients, measuring and optimizing performance against key metrics.
  • Client Engagement : Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Partnership Development – Develop and optimize customer acquisition channels for sales and delivery
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and technology to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Marketing – Optimise lead generation and qualification to build a robust pipeline, build brand credibility through case studies, PR, Events etc.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

Experience

  • 10+ years of overall experience of which 5+ years Consulting domain experience - strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models and transformations.
  • Demonstrate successful ownership of revenue targets
  • Demonstrate account management skills - engagements at the CXO level in strategic sales (incl. upsell & cross-sell conversations)
  • Proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies and value realization for clients.
  • Demonstrate success in building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Technologies, UI/UX design, Space design, platform design preferred.

Qualifications

  • MBA /relevant qualification from a top-tier business school
  • Worked at top-tier consulting firms.

Skills

  • Excellent account management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong business writing skills (i.e., clear, concise, and compelling writing capabilities)
