• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperations
• Lead and facilitate teams
• Appropriate decisions and ensuring choices are transparent and defensible
• Developing and implementing change strategies to address challenges with organisation and supply markets
• Anticipate potential problems and redesign process and system to minimize their reoccurrence
• Capacity to plan and prioritise workloads, provide direction to staff, foster staff development through coaching and training, and manage staff performance
  Salary: ASO7: $106,512 – 115,137 plus super
