• Acting as the information asset owner of a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system which captures all data relating to Medibank’s key risks, compliance obligations, controls, actions and incidents;
• Supporting the use of the GRC system across the entire Medibank group;
• Managing data security and governance in the GRC system aligned to the Governance Risk and Compliance System Data and Security Governance Procedure;
• Performing trend analysis and identifying key themes;
• Establishing regular risk and compliance reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders;
• Developing and/or enhancing process design and workflows within GRC;
• Preparation of management reporting for senior committees and forums; and
• Providing recommendations in relation to key technological advances in relation to GRC systems and if required, working with the broader information technology team to procure and implement new GRC technology (including change management and training)
