About the role:
To lead and manage Operation Department to achieve the company KPI such as Quality, Cost, Output, productivity, Safety, Yield, Cycle Time, CVP, Attrition and etc.

What you will do: :

  • Organization development in terms of building a strong Operation organization. Focus in people development especially developing technical leaders.
  • Ability to work with all functional group such as planning, R&D, HR, facility, QA, Business group and etc to achieve common goal.
  • Strong collaboration with R&D & CPE team to ensure the new technology or product is stable, capable and manufacturable when it transfer to production.
  • Work closely with HR to drive the program for People activities to bring up the morale and motivation of the employees.
  • Continuously working to ensure all the IDL are well trained and equipped with the good technical and soft skill.
  • Work closely with finance to drive the dept cost within the budget allocation and continuously drive the cost improvement through productivity, lean mfg, process breakthrough/simplification and etc.
  • Work closely with EHS to ensure for ZERO safety incidence organization. Drive all the awareness program and continuous improvement on all potential safety hazard.
  • Hands on and work with all level from operator, technician to mgmt. level. Drive for basic SOP compliance, discipline, attendance, and etc to ensure we achieve good Quality, yield and output.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
