Overview:
The Principal FP&A Analyst is responsible for consolidated reporting for executive management of CB&I Storage Solutions’ specifically to provide insight on the performance related to the P&L and Cash Flow statements. The role directly reports to the Sr. Manager FP&A and routinely interacts with the FP&A Director, VP of Finance, global functional leads, area finance leads and their teams.

- Assist in preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package in support of presentations for executive management for Actuals and Forecast/Budget.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to management and Area personnel as required
- Coordination and preparation of allocations to Areas for Actuals and Forecast/Budget
- Prepare business cases, build financial models to support strategic and other business decisions
- Assist in identifying ways to streamline and enhance processes and reporting along with documenting procedures
- Assist in the preparation of presentations as needed, both for internal and external use
- Assist and participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- CPA or CMA preferred, minimum 8 years with designation.
- Minimum 10-12 years total relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting standards.
- Intermediate to advanced PC Skills: Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Hyperion HFM and Smartview experience is required.
- JDE and Essbase experience is a plus.
- Works well independently as well as a collaborative team member.
- Capable of multitasking and managing time to achieve desired goals.
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.

- Timeliness and Accuracy of all required financial reporting for remit

- Support ongoing business process improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions
