Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our dynamic team as a Principal Functional Consultant (PFC) and become the primary expert contact for our customers across Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, and more).
You’ll oversee business process and tool implementation discussions, ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements to design effective Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) solutions.
In this role, you will evaluate and resolve business process, system, and interface issues to optimize how our customers create and use contracts.
You will supervise a functional team based in India and Europe, guiding them daily to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Reporting directly to the Professional Services Director, you’ll oversee project execution from start to finish.
Your deep knowledge of business dymamics and ICI software will be crucial.
You’ll work closely with customers to define software architecture based on actual business needs rather than predefined software preferences.
While this position is primarily remote, occasional travel to customer sites and team meetings is required (approximately one trip of three days per month within Europe, subject to customer needs).
This role can be based anywhere in Germany, with the option to work from our offices in Frankfurt or Munich if you are in these areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Icertis product implementations for customers, taking full ownership of project execution and customer relationships.
  • Oversee system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
  • Supervise functional consultants on a daily basis to ensure project tasks are progressing.
  • Support the program manager in creating and maintaining project plans and financials.
  • Contribute to building and fostering an internal consulting capability within the Professional Services group.
  • Manage project-based teams effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to conceptualize and formulate solutions that address key implementation objectives within scope, schedule, and effort constraints.
