Description:

As a Principal & Managing IT Consultant, you will hold a senior position with extensive responsibilities for managing large IT software projects, overseeing enterprise customer relationships, and leading highly skilled teams of IT software consultants. QUALIFICATION

  • A degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of IT software project and consulting experience, particularly in the industry or insurance sector, banks, and financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing complex IT software transformation projects.
  • Confident appearance at the decision-maker level, solution and implementation orientation, decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic action.
  • Management and motivation of agile IT expert teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current software digitalization trends and a personal network in the business world are desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, methodological presentation, and moderation skills.
  • Negotiation skills and precise expression in both German and English.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas in a business-friendly language.
  • Interest in modern organizational structure and an agile work environment (SCRUM).
  • Openness, customer orientation, and enjoyment of working in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consulting and Leadership: Advise and support large enterprises in their digital transformation, acting as a trusted IT advisor at IT management level.
  • Project Management: Lead and successfully execute complex, large-scale IT software projects and technology platforms.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key IT enterprise customers.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of highly skilled software consultants, developers, and IT experts, promoting their professional development and ensuring high performance and satisfaction within the team.
  • Process Optimization: Advise clients on developing and implementing IT process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Oversee IT transformation projects, manage stakeholders, escalate and resolve challenges early. This includes preparation, planning, migration, control, monitoring, and execution of highly scalable software projects.
  • Innovative Software Solutions: Implement and monitor highly scalable IT software projects and technology platforms.
