We’re currently seeking a passionate and skilled Principal Manufacturing Engineer to join our vibrant team at the Coca-Cola Freestyle Innovation Center (FIC). This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at our Guadalajara, MX location, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our dispensing equipment production and after-sales services. Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, you’ll be instrumental in driving excellence and innovation with our contract manufacturers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Advanced skills in English communication and writing.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in CAD or CAM software, APQP, PPAP, manufacturing operations, system integration with electromechanical systems, and more.
- Experience with Kaizen events, Lean Manufacturing, Line balancing, and a solid foundation in HTML, Javascript, Typescript, JSON.
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical expertise and top-notch problem-solving abilities (troubleshooting/debug).
- Self-starter who can lead and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills.
