• Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for Envipco’s Recycling Machines (Reverse Vending Machines).
• Create and review specifications for components and assemblies, including chassis design, motor selection, compacting modules, and powertrain systems.
• Develop and release engineering drawings and BOMs using CAD programs like SolidWorks, EPLAN, and ALTIUM.
• Lead engineering standards, design reviews, DFX, DFMEA, and design validation processes.
• Support supply chain in component validation and design modifications.
• Drive DFM activities and quality improvement projects.
• Coordinate design changes based on manufacturing challenges.
• Stay updated on new technologies and methods.
