Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Develop business plans with your partner portfolio and deliver against partner driven revenue and new logo targets.
  • Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements that deliver mutual value and support long-term objectives. Structure agreements to optimize resource allocation, revenue sharing, and risk management.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end and coordinate effective communication channels with partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.), to drive partner success.
  • Plan and manage go-to-market initiatives with BPOs, incorporating both marketing and commercial enablement activities.
