Job Description
What are we looking for from you?
+ Drive technical excellence across our ANZ Aviation and Pavements portfolio.
+ Manage, inspire and lead our Melbourne and ANZ Aviation and Pavements Teams.
+ Develop business growth opportunities with AECOM’s Clients and construction partners.
+ Participate in the development and execution of our ANZ Aviation and Pavements business strategy.
+ Represent AECOM at national conferences, including the delivery of presentations to large audiences.
Qualifications
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
What are we looking for from you?
+ Ideally 12+ years’ experience in airside infrastructure engineering design, pavement design, pavement condition assessment and evaluation, master planning, carbon footprint and life-cycle assessment, airport operations interface, lighting, construction support.
+ Experience in interpreting, organising, executing and coordinating the capture and delivery of major aviation and pavements projects, ideally across both civil and Defence sectors.
+ Experience in project delivery, leadership, design management, interface with clients and design teams, and client relationship management, with strong communication skills and an ability to positive influence those around you.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of standards and guidelines from different organizations and authorities including CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority), FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), IATA (International Air Transport Association) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)
+ Capacity to embrace AECOM’s philosophy “think and act globally”.
