JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform clinical assessment, plan and evaluate treatments (including but not limited to research on methodology, devices / technologies)
• Participate in the development, implementation and review of service and professional standards and delivery models
• Provide supervision, leadership and team development of OT/ PT and/or Therapy Assistant
• Manage risk and quality
• Manage specialty areas of clinical services
• Perform clinical administration and operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognized Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy
• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council.
• Possess patient-centric, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Prior experience in healthcare setting will be advantageous
• Willingness to travel around Singapore

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degre
