Job Overview
Coordinates and manages processes and communications to ensure consistency across the portfolio. Possesses a broad, but shallow understanding of the entire product portfolio. Initiates and drives cross-functional portfolio programs and projects targeting efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Gathers and analyzes data to create reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate key insights for the entire product portfolio. Communicates with business, technical teams, and sales partners to keep leaders abreast of status and support needs. Supports special projects and other ad hoc requests that impact multiple products and/or services
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with the PM&C leadership team to establish the organization’s long-term objectives and day-to-day operations.
Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and product leadership
Take control over the content and agendas for significant internal and external meetings (such executive presentations, key client meetings, internal all-hands, executive off-sites, and the like)
Construct executive-level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner
Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Run cross-functional projects, assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Set the weekly executive staff meeting agenda, provide insights and analysis to assist in strategic discussions, and track follow through.
Take on special assignments at the request of the VP of PM&C, which may include everything from product development to finance and accounting.

EDUCATION:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA desired

QUALIFICATIONS:

6-10+ years of experience working at a high growth tech company in a business management role
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management is a plus
Effective communicator who knows how to bring structure and clarity to situations where direction is limited
Exceptional presentation and executive communications skills.
Team-oriented professional with a commitment to driving both strategic and operational performance and improvement
Self-starter with a desire to learn and evolve
High EQ and comfortable influencing all levels of the organization

Detailed oriented with a proven success in a project coordination role
