PRINCIPAL PRACTITIONER PSYCHOLOGIST / CLINICAL LEAD

Salary – £73000 - £76500 (dependant on experience) + car allowance
Location – Primarily home based with some travel required. Ideal postholder locations = Doncaster / Bury / Leeds / Manchester / York / Bradford

We want a passionate and inspiring Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical/Forensic/Counselling/ Educational) to join us and take a lead role supporting the Associate Clinical Director in developing and embedding therapeutic practice across our Children’s Residential Service. ABOUT YOU

As an experienced, successful HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, you will provide leadership to the Children’s Division of Keys Group Clinical Services. This is primarily the residential division, although you will be part of growth and development plans to support into further Children’s Division services (Family Assessment Centres, Supported Accommodation and Activity and Intervention Centres). You will share our view that all children and young people deserve to be fully included and supported to feel safe and experience a real sense of connection in their homes and community. You will have experience and a successful track record of leadership with expertise of working with care experienced children and the teams that support them (teams around the child).
With experience of innovative and creative ways of working, and the ability to develop and inspire a team, this is a flexible and varied role that will appeal to Psychologists with a keen interest in child and adolescent mental health, strategic thinking and creating innovative, therapeutic, trauma responsive and caring systems.
