QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving the development and launch of innovative products.
  • Experience in data cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), Generative AI, and/or Enterprise Service Management.
  • Understanding of Service Management or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, SACM, etc).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive product strategy to increase the value our customers derive from their IT data, leveraging data cloud partnerships, and Generative AI capabilities.
  • Define product roadmap with the platform product team weighing the different architectural options (integrate, build on, containerize) to broaden our reach and LLM data sources to the entire enterprise data stack.
  • Develop vertical-specific applications for different GenAI use cases (summarize, converse, recommend, create), organizational functions (IT, App Dev, SecOps), industries (Telco, FiServ, manufacturing, healthcare).
  • Re-define traditional dashboards and reporting with HelixGPT’s GenAI capabilities to answer our users’ analytics questions when, where, and how they want them.
  • Drive creation of Peer Group Benchmarking & Insights with legal and Product Ops to bring world-class benchmarking insights to our customers.
  • Create a Design Partner Program to understand better our customers’ needs, where the market is going, and design your roadmap.
  • Define the GTM plan with data cloud partners to use their sales and marketing machines to develop new sales channels at a lower CAC.
  • Uncover and Articulate mission-critical IT issues with diverse personas, encompassing data scientists, service management leadership, and IT executives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support product launches, strategic sales campaigns, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Upgrade Programs: Develop programs and initiatives to incentivize customers to upgrade to these emerging data product capabilities from on-prem and lower package offerings.
