The Opportunity
Adobe is developing the world’s most complete and robust platform for sourcing, ingesting and moderating creative content intended to be used for sub-licensing and models training.
We are hiring a Principal Product Manager, Content Evaluation to improve our understanding of the content we source and accelerate/automate our moderation processes while guaranteeing the compliance of our content with the different regulations, internal policies, and Adobe’s core values.
The ideal candidate is an AI/ML product management leader with experience empowering AI/ML researchers to deliver best-in-class models. This person must also be familiar with rendition and transcoding technics allowing to validate the technical and aesthetic quality of various content types.
What you’ll Do
Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Development teams to translate business needs into product requirements,
Drive the planning, implementation, and evolution of our content rendition eco-system, covering regularly additional content types and formats. Planning includes definition of internal and external requirements, competitive analysis, and implementation plans,
Prioritize and develop AI/ML models to improve moderation automation, speed, and consistency, while guaranteeing safety and compliance,
Work with the Content and the Data teams to define and track success metrics,
Identify and assess new opportunities to build a complete understanding of creative content and metadata. What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent experience,
Proven experience (10+ years) as a Product Manager with a focus on technical and AI-powered products,
Track record of working with applied researchers to build a portfolio of AI models,
Experience leading cross-functional teams, with members bringing insights and experience from multiple domains. Ability to continuously improve the way we work, through process efficiency and automation,
Proactive in working across team boundaries, always guided by Data-driven and goal-oriented approach.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 – $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
