WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a visionary IT Product Leader to drive the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative IT products that meet the evolving needs of SentinelOne’s business and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, an interest in leveraging AI, and a proven track record in product management within the IT industry. You’ll have a unique opportunity to build capabilities from the ground up, and to enable a rapidly-scaling global organization’s growth, success, and productivity.

WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years of experience in Product-focused roles. Ideal candidates will also have at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing IT products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key deliverables and timelines.

Product Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, configuration, development, and delivery of IT products.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders (including vendors) to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
  • Communicate product status, updates, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Performance Metrics and Analysis:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Conduct regular analysis of product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance product features and functionality.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure team success.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
