You need to be an expert and innovator on Simcorp’s target market in terms of buy-side investment management business operating models, desired outcomes, competitive landscape, and market trends.
You will know how Simcorp’s solutions play a unique part in our front-to-back offering and maintain a deep understanding of where the financial services and technology industry is moving.
You will use your expertise in this area to create a market-leading Product Vision, Strategy, Value Propositions, and you will work with our development, commercial and delivery teams to implement that vision.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the Front Office product vision and strategy both commercially and functionally.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Commercial and Delivery Management with shared success metrics
  • Execute research to discover the needs and wants of the customers
  • Understand challenges in the industry related to and be able to explain how our platform solves these challenges
  • Work closely with the product, product architects, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure you meet customer goals and business cases.
  • Accountable for the management of product lifecycle from research, discovery, business case approval, development, launch and implementation
  • Accountable for the success of products, measured by commercial results and client outcome metrics
  • Work with Go to Market team to assist them in comprehending product value proposition and aligning competitive positioning and market development
  • Define product improvements based on market and client feedback
  • Cultivate a balanced and agile work environment that breaths our company’s core values.
  • Suggest process improvements to the director of product to whom you report to.
  • Measure KPIs during product launches and when monitoring performance.
  • Follow the industry best practices to ensure to meet the customer goals. Developing relationships with prospects and vendors

What we value:

  • Significant experience within Compliance business or related Front Office product management
  • Experience in Financial Technology Product Development
  • Deep understanding of regulatory demands from the financial services industry
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and market opportunity
  • Agile-certified product manager or product owner certification is a plus
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as you must communicate regularly with stakeholders, product owners, and different departments within the organization.
