Responsibilities:
As a Principal Program Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the energy industry. You will be responsible for advising teams on procurement strategies, preparing tender documentation, evaluating tenders, providing analysis and advice on government policy requirements, and monitoring compliance information. Your keen eye for data analysis will help identify opportunities for improvement in program development and project delivery. Furthermore, your contribution to contract and supplier performance evaluation strategies will ensure good performance is rewarded.
Analyse and advise teams on appropriate procurement and supply chain strategies for major projects to minimise risk and ensure value for money
Support project teams in preparing tender documentation for release to market, ensuring alignment with key departmental procurement strategies
Provide advice and analysis to Tender Evaluation Panels, making recommendations about key government legislative/policy requirements
Monitor, measure and manage compliance information to facilitate standardised monitoring and reporting
Analyse data and trends from key result areas to identify opportunities for improvement in program development and project delivery
Contribute to the development and monitoring of contract and supplier performance evaluation strategies that focus on rewarding good performance
