In our Talent Acquisition organization your impact will be deep. We are experts at our craft, influencing top talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. We think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.
This role will be supporting the growth of our Toronto site which has been defined as a growth site for Intuit and our technology teams. This will include hiring across our technology ecosystem from Software Developers to Product Managers and Designers.

CRAFT SKILLS

People Champion

  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions to significantly impact our candidates and hiring teams. Likely will be influencing at the VP & SVP level
  • Leader / driver of initiatives that significantly uplevel the experience delivering to our candidates and hiring teams
  • Looks for opportunities to up-level the overall organization by teaching others how to drive change that impacts our customers

Business Accelerator

  • Recognised as a thought partner by the stakeholders they work with. A key player in the workforce planning process for their business unit and functional group, and drives the development of long term talent attraction plans.
  • Leverages internal and external data, best practices, benchmarks, tools and tech with impact at the VP / SVP level
  • Proactively seeks out roadblocks across the organization, pulls in the right stakeholders at the right time and escalates where needed. Creates scalable solutions to roadblocks

  • Effectively utilizes ATS, related tools and is recognised not only as the subject matter expert for the team but as the go to person if you need to develop knowledge of our tools

  • Proactively translates strategy into an outcome-driven, end to end change plan. Demonstrates extreme ownership of the outcomes
  • Anticipates and removes barriers and works across multiple stakeholders in the Talent Acquisition, People & Places and the business to deliver fully integrated solutions for our hiring teams and candidates

Domain Expert

  • Recognised as a thought partner and talent acquisition expert across the Talent Acquisition org but also by key stakeholders in the business
  • Seeks out opportunities to implement scalable solutions that allow the talent acquisition organization to deliver the right talent at the right time. Delivering these solutions requires collaborations across the business
  • Widely recognised as a leader-teacher across the talent acquisition org, and proactively looks for opportunities to share their knowledge and look for opportunities to up-level the team
