Responsibilities:

  • Enhance tender teams on complex/strategic topics for individual tenders
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base and training structure for the C&T department
  • Coaching & supporting C&T managers as well as C&T department managers based on the high proficiency level within commercial, contractual, leadership, cable technology, installation, risk management and Customer & Market knowledge
  • Take part in customer negotiations and corporate governance approvals as decided and agreed with C&T department managers and SVP Head of C&T Karlskrona
