MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of Software Development experience
• 4+ years of experience working with GCP
• 4+ years of experience applying DevOps, CI/CD, Site Reliability, and related best practices on projects.
• Strong experience in Java, knowledge of TypeScript and Spring framework
• Proven experience partnering with Architecture and Product teams to decide systems/application infrastructure requirements in alignment to business strategy.
• 4+ years serving as a Senior resource working on Cloud based SaaS products (preferably GCP)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 GCP certification – STRONGLY preferred.
• GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
• Experience as technical lead on B2C SaaS-based product offerings on GCP
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining streamlined and performant GCP infrastructure for multiple websites working closely while working closely with Cloud Engineers in this effort.
• Advance knowledge of Azure technologies
• Knowledge of common PHP-based content management systems, such as Magento, Craft, and WordPress
  Location: Morrisville, NC
  Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Principal Software Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In this role, you will serve as a senior technical lead and strategist for all major Communities & Recruitment product initiatives, directly supporting the growth and efficiency of healthcare professionals around the country.
• Your expertise will guide the design, provisioning, and management of our GCP based cloud infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and software development practices, ensuring seamless integration with our product development lifecycle.
• You will lead by example, mentoring engineers at various levels and fostering a culture of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Working in partnership with our Enterprise Cloud Management group, you will be instrumental in establishing site reliability practices, improving the cadence of feature delivery, and driving innovation within our suite of products.
• Your leadership will be key in setting and achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that reflect our commitment to operational excellence and a superior production environment.
