REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies and delivering increased success to their customers.
- Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organisation.
- Strong background in data, especially marketing data.
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Clouds / Solutions and how Salesforce or Partners implement them.
- Shown oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
- Shown time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
- Good at searching out information and experimenting, love to concentrate on a particular topic, and solve puzzles.
- Have a passion for storytelling and bringing customer engagements to life using impactful presentation and solution demonstration content.
- Awareness of the competitive landscape around Data Cloud, CDP and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Willing and able to travel occasionally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical expertise in any of the following technologies: Real-time, Personalisation and Interaction Management (RTIM), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CDP, Data Warehouses and/or Data Lakes
- Deep understanding of the business requirements of customers within multiple industries and being knowledgeable of industry-specific solutions
- A previous history of creating insights from large data models (called Calculated Insights at Salesforce) or other AI/Machine Learning predictions
- A working knowledge of and passion to develop skills across SQL, Machine Learning or AI technologies
Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer’s needs, and establish the best solution that solves unique challenges
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customised demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
- Collaborate across Marketing Cloud and Industry aligned Solution Engineering teams to provide deep Data Cloud for Marketing expertise in complex, multi-cloud opportunities across various industries.
- Remain well-informed on the latest innovations in Data Cloud, CDP, and Marketing AI solutions. To create, deliver, and scale thought leadership / POVs off the back of these innovations.
- Build relationships with Solution Engineering, Sales, Technical Architecture and Customer Success (Prof Services) teams and leadership to optimise sales engagement and customer retention for Data Cloud for Marketing.
- Have a strong curiosity about growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
