REQUIRED EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in engineering discipline.
- Working knowledge of measurement systems / metrology
- Working knowledge of ISO-45001 / ISO-14001
- Supplier quality assurance experience in electronics and/or mechanical components
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / demonstrable experience equivalent to
- Demonstrable experience of managing projects with suppliers through use of APQP
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating FMEA reviews and managing action plans
- Demonstrable experience of using problem solving techniques (5Y, 8D, PPS)
- Experienced user of Microsoft office
DESIRABLE EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
- Lead auditor ISO-9001 / IATF-16949 / AS-9100
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To ensure that supplier quality requirements are met, documented and reported accurately.
To ensure support to all the relevant projects including periodic updates of internal and external quality documentation to deliver the project milestones within the required deadlines.
To develop the existing supply chain to satisfy different industries’ requirements.
This role will also need to support the development of the existing BMS to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and next standards (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001).
Reporting directly to the Head of Quality, but also accountable to project and operational management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the supplier approval process by assessing Quality Management System, manufacturing capability, and Health, Safety & Environmental risks.
- Carry supplier validation audits and work with suppliers to ensure satisfactory completion of all advanced product quality planning (APQP) deliverables:
