Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting a Principle, Supply Chain Architect. This position may be based within the United States, Belgium, or Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A proven track record in at least two IT solution development subject areas, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, data architecture, cybersecurity or cloud development is required.
  • Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt is required.
  • Experience in ERP, MES, logistics, distribution, planning systems preferred.
  • Must possess experience applying new technology trends to solve business problems (e.g., Gen AI, IA, etc.).
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills needed for both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment are required.
  • Professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain preferred.
  • Domestic and international travel up to 10-20% is required.

    For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads architecture decisions and works with domain architects (data, application, integration, infrastructure, security, etc.) and other internal/external partners to support decision making.
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain product (portfolio) owners, product managers and other product team members to create a product strategy, identify investments and create roadmaps that support business goals and align to the minimum viable architecture (MVA).
  • Works with enterprise and business architects to document the business architecture that the product or product portfolio supports, including business capabilities, value streams and business processes.
