JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Print Designer to join our design team. As a Print Designer at STRONGER, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand vision to life by creating unique, bold, and playful print designs that resonate with our brand values. You are passionate about color, print, graphics, and branding just as much as we are. You have a commercial mindset and a strong customer focus. You have experience creating your own prints within the fashion and activewear markets you love seeing your prints come to life. You are curious about new techniques and how to utilize 3D, AI, and new technologies to push your prints forward.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in print design, preferably within the fashion or activewear industry.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of textile printing techniques and fabric types.
• Excellent sense of color, pattern, composition, and branding.
• Ability to translate trends and concepts into commercially viable designs.
• Experience with 3D software is a plus.
• English speaking; Swedish is a plus.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a youthful, bold, and playful design aesthetic.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about activewear and embodying an active, adventurous lifestyle.

• Design Development: Create innovative and expressive print designs, ensuring each piece is consistent with STRONGER’s DNA and reflects our commitment to bold and playful aesthetics.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and forward-thinking concepts to the design table that challenge norms and set new trends within the activewear space.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, product developers, and marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all products and platforms.
• Technical Execution: Prepare detailed technical specifications for production, ensuring each design meets our high standards of quality.
• Color, Pattern, and Graphic Exploration: Experiment with colors, patterns, textures, and graphics to create visually stunning prints that capture the essence of an active, fun, and adventurous lifestyle.
• Research and Innovation: Explore innovative techniques for print, graphic, and branding applications.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs create a consistent STRONGER brand identity together with the Design Directior.
