Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Print & Mail Coordinator!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review order specifications provided from sales/customer service/customer
  • Communicate via voice, Zendesk and email to ensure orders are processed correctly
  • Resolve order discrepancies with sales/customer service/customer
  • Utilize SBA Application to create “Print Ready Images” while ensuring high level of accuracy for all data/images and information provided to Ops Team and Print Facilities
  • Data Entry in PJM and local ERP system
  • Generate and prepare production work orders for print facility, track completion and update to PJM for billing purposes
  • Work closely with CSR, BOS and DEV Team
  • Manage and file all documentation
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Your Shift:

  • Monday-Friday 40 Hours per week
  • Overtime and weekends as needed during peak Tax Processing Season

You Must Have:

  • Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Track and provide status updates at regular intervals
  • Utilize and ensure E2E Testing for QA and Prod environments for season launch and as deployments are made

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking for best processes
  • Related/relevant experience to position preferred
