Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in a production setting. Your duties will include setting up machines, monitoring production, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up machines and equipment for production runs
• Monitor production and adjust machine settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines
• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction or production setting
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and diagrams
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
