About the Role: Privacy Compliance Analyst
The Team: The Information Governance and Data Privacy Compliance team manage S&P Global sensitive, personal, and non-personal information. We accomplish this through implementation of policies, processes, controls, and metrics that promote compliance with global regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

The Impact: This role will support our enterprise privacy function, working with each of our divisions and corporate functions to operationalize our data privacy and information governance program. The Privacy Compliance Analyst will have oversight of our data privacy governance tool and drive our privacy impact assessments for new projects, assets, systems, and products. You will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the team and advancing the strategic initiatives of our information governance and data privacy program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting in providing data privacy compliance consultation to S&P Global business lines and corporate functions;
Supporting the management of the OneTrust Privacy Governance tool (knowledge of OneTrust is a plus);
Assisting in the oversight of the Privacy Impact Assessment program;
Collaborate with procurement and third-party risk teams on assessing new vendors compliance with internal and global privacy policies and regulations;
Assisting with implementation and yearly management of privacy compliance policies and procedures; and
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,344 USD to $116,411 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For :Basic Required Qualifications:
Broad understanding of data privacy laws and regulations
1 or more years of applicable working experience
Excellent attention to detail with great time management skills
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Project management skills and strong IT knowledge are desired.
Experience with OneTrust Privacy Governance tool
