Responsibilities:
- Administer TCI’s privacy program and respond to governance, privacy and risk inquiries both internal and external
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement measures to address new privacy compliance requirements
- Receive, triage, oversee, and respond to all inquiries regarding TCI’s privacy program, including data access, data rectification, and consent management requests
- Review and revise disclosure policies and templates, including training for associates, and communications
- Lead and conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for enterprise systems, initiatives, projects, and third-party service providers, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Remain up to date with current privacy, confidentiality, and data security regulations and trends
- Support the Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance, and Information Services teams on additional projects as needed
