Description:

A Top 20 Accounting Practice located a short distance from St Pauls is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Manager
This is a highly established Tax team that pride themselves on providing market leading support and advice to their clients. This is a broad scoping role with an advisory focus and you would support in areas such as: Tax planning and advice, international private clients, probate, trusts and estates, UK resident and offshore trusts, and more.
The Practice aims to provide tangible career progression, personal and technical development support from Day 1.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of Private Clients, delegating work to juniors, monitoring WIP and billing
  • Review returns completed by colleagues
  • Provide high quality tax advice and tax planning support
  • Develop new work from existing clients, meeting clients and building long term relationships
  • Actively support business development, client onboarding and marketing opportunities (networking, events etc.)
  • Communication with the HMRC and other external parties

You’ll be qualified in CTA or ACA and have experience as a Tax Manager in Accounting Practice. You will need to be a confident communicator who is comfortable delivering advice, as well as managing other staff members.
