What role will you play?
This is an opportunity to join the Enterprise division within Macquarie Asset Management. In this role, you will be a Senior Manager in the London based Fund Management team, with a specific focus on managing the fund control functions for Macquarie Asset Management’s Private Credit funds and products.
You will work collaboratively with the Fund Services team in Gurugram and external Fund Administrators who provide foundation support in managing ongoing investor reporting and fund control activities.

What you offer

  • Your technical competencies will enable you to deal with unique and varied fund structures (including Luxembourg and Irish structures) and your experience and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and multi-currency environments will be utilised in this role.
  • You are organised with strong prioritisation skills, being able to deliver within tight timelines, showing effectiveness in your planning and ensuring quality output.
  • You should be a culture carrier and have a passion and track record for people experience and developing high performing teams. Managing a range of competing priorities and projects will be a constant, and you should have the skills and the ability to guide the team in resolving complex/technical issues in a practical manner.
  • Strong preference for relevant experience in credit and/or asset management.
  • As a qualified chartered accountant with around 7 years post qualification experience (preferably in the financial services industry), you will have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to understand complex structures and transactions.
